This research paper explores the impact of digital financial services on inclusion in Kenya. The study utilizes secondary data analysis to examine expansion Kenya, their usage patterns, and resulting inclusion. reviews relevant literature inclusion, services, interplay Kenyan context. methodology involves analyzing existing from sources such as Kenya National Bureau Statistics, Financial Sector Deepening (FSD) Safaricom, other institutions. findings indicate significant progress with increased banked individuals a shift towards channels. adoption rates particularly mobile money platforms like M-Pesa, have grown substantially, increasing access banking formal savings, credit facilities. also highlights empowerment economic outcomes associated including improved resilience, livelihoods, reduced poverty inequality. However, several challenges limitations exist, infrastructural constraints, limited literacy, security concerns, regulatory considerations. concludes by offering policy implications recommendations, strengthening frameworks, enhancing literacy programs, promoting collaboration among stakeholders, addressing infrastructure gaps for more comprehensive contributes knowledge It provides valuable insights policymakers, practitioners, researchers finance.
